Off-Campus Access
Off-Campus Access is provided to remote resources primarily by proxy server. This automatic system asks you to authenticate yourself if you are selecting an item from the Databases & E-Resources page. Some resources, such as SciFinder Scholar, are applications, and thus cannot be authenticated using a proxy server. Instead, VPN is required. Below are two links on how to set up VPN for library materials use. Keep in mind that these instructions vary slightly from that of campus IT for "general" use.
